Ceviche is an original and popular dish from Peru, it has many ways to prepare it. but how many  different kinds of ceviche are there?

Black shell ceviche


It has a very intense flavor of black shells, it is sour, fresh and can be spicy if you wish.


Octopus ceviche


It is very rich, however the preparation is a little different since the octopus meat is a bit tough, it is sour, fresh. has sweet potato, corn, lettuce, and other ingredients.

Seafood ceviche


It is very nutritious and protein, recommended for athletes, young people and children in a state of development. Unlike the other dishes, this one does not have fish, it is sour and fresh.

Tuna ceviche


It is very good for health because it has many vitamins and minerals, it is high in fat, it contains Omega 3 that helps reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.

Fish ceviche

It is the most popular and emblematic of Peruvian gastronomy. It's fresh, tart, and spicy if you like. It has corn, sweet potato, yucca, lettuce, lemon, onion and the fish of your choice.

Shrimp ceviche

It is very rich, spicy and fresh. It is very consumed and I particularly love it. It has potatoes, shrimp, lettuce, lemon, ají limo and other ingredients.


MY EATING HABITS


- For breakfast, I usually eat bread with milk, or sometimes food that may have been left over from the day before.
- For lunch, I don't have anything defined, but what we usually eat the most is chicken, beef or pork.
For dinner, I usually eat lunch or treat myself to junk food.
